This is only achievable by attaining a balance - viewing the individual in a holistic manner attending to their physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs.

As a psychophonetics coach and having insight as an occupational health nurse, maximizing the potential and productivity of all categories of staff is her objective.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT by identifying what is blocking / limiting the individual from maximizing their potential and instituting practical methods to empower the individual. These methods are experienced immediately, making this a cost effective and time efficient mode of staff development.

CONFLICT IN THE WORKPLACE takes up 25% to 60% of supervisor or manager's time. It can result in decreased productivity, increased absenteeism and high staff turnover. Psychophonetics assists the individual to see themselves in the situation from a different perspective enabling the individual to take ownership / responsibility for their role in the conflict - ultimately reducing the conflict. Results indicate that coaching individuals in this manner not only creates a shift in the individual coached but also in related co-workers without them receiving intervention.
